The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a nonprofit organization comprised of enlisted personnel (active duty, reserve, and retired) of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. As a congressionally chartered association, FRA's mission is to act as the premiere "watch dog" in maintaining and improving the Quality of Live for Sea Service personnel. Since 1924, FRA has been a leading advocate on Capitol Hill for the men and women who serve on active duty, in the reserve, or have joined the military retired community.

Site includes news, a calendar, and information on scholarships, legislative action, and cancer research.

The purpose of the Society is to enhance the quality and effectiveness of classified and unclassified military operations research. The Web site contains abstracts from the Society's quarterly academic journal, which deals with the topics of operations research, management science, and engineering. Also available are abstracts from past symposia and meetings, information for ordering the Society's publications, and information on upcoming events.

The site has information about chapters and committees, news, a small business resource center, and selected articles from the association's magazine National Defense.

"NPRC is one of the National Archives and Records Administration's largest operations. We are a central repository of personnel-related records, both military and civil service. Our mission is to provide world class service to Government agencies, military veterans, former civilian Federal employees, family members, as well as researchers and historians." While for the most part the records are not available online, this Website contains information on who to obtain access to the records.
