George Littlechild is an illustrator and author who was born at Hobbema Reserve in Alberta, Canada. He uses text and his own paintings to describe the experiences of Indians of North America in general as well as his experiences growing up as a Cree Indian in Canada. He has also illustrated works by other Native authors.
