message: Personally, I hate Valentine's Day with a passion, for two main reasons. The first is that it is a purely commercial holiday. It was created so Hallmark and Hershey could have an enormous rush a couple days out of the year. The idea is not romance. The idea is cash. The second is that it's stupid to have one day where couples are expected to tell each other how much they love each other, and then do...what every other day of the year? Why can there only be one day where this "romance" is expressed?
