"The Cycles Page is a web-based application to help you track your monthly menstrual cycle. Because the dates it generates are based on statistics from previous months, it becomes more useful the more you use it... Please keep in mind that this program was written as a general tool to assist you in recording and forecasting your menstrual cycle, the dates it predicts should be treated as an educated guess and should not be used for any medical purpose." There are also links to other women's health resources. The site does require registration, but that only involves choosing a name and password.
