On January 1,2011 the tornado sirens are blaring. Storm is going back and forth like a rollercoaster. The smell of wood flying through the air. Seeing my moms head almost getting taken of by a walmart roof, it was as scary as a horror movie that almost came to life. Getting home my mom comes down stairs after the storm passes and said “I’m pregnant” all of us where in shock because we thought she was joking. After she said it was true, me and my older brother jumped in joy. I was finally going to be an older brother after nine years I thought I would never be. August 30, Two days until my brothers due date September 1. I knew my brother could be coming at anytime now. Waiting and waiting. August 31, 2011. Got up for school that morning and was just going to be a normal day for me and the next day was going to be the exciting one. Getting on the bus and riding to school. We went to the attendance office to pull him out of class and they said they couldn’t because they were outside and my Dad was starting to get mad because my Mom was about to give birth to my little brother any minute and my Dad could not miss it. We finally got him out of class and we flew to the hospital. When we got there we went straight to a room because my dad had to go to my mom because she was having a baby. While we were in the waiting room we watched T.V on a big flat screen T.V. We sat in there for about four hours waiting, it was like watching paint dry it was the longest time of my life. Justin and I were watching some Zeke and Luther and the doctor comes in and says “Do you want to see your baby brother”.
