SUBJECT: Active Component Enlistment Incentive Program Update 1. Purpose: To provide information to individuals of the changes in MOS Incentive Tier levels and Bonus amounts. 2. Facts. a. Seasonal Bonus (SB) and HIGRAD Bonus: SUSPENDED. b. The Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program (ACASP) Bonus is only authorized for recruits in MOS 35P, applicants with tier 1 education credentials, TSC I-IIIA NPS and days of service (DOS) applicants and to tier 1 education credentials, TSC I-IIIB MOS 35P NPS and applicants for a term of 4 or more years. 3. The ACASP Bonuses for High and Low Tier are language specific as determined by request. AR 601-210 states any Soldier that fails to complete training in the ACASP MOS, advance rank will be adjusted
