The world was memorized in 2011, when Casey Anthony got off on charges after killing her own 2 year old child. Leading up to the day of the crime, no one could expect Casey to do anything this horrific. So why would she do it?
Casey Anthony was born in Warren, Ohio, on March 19, 1986. Casey’s parents , George and Cindy Anthony, described Casey as a happy, outgoing child. Her lying trend started in High
School when she led her family to believe she not only finished the requirements to finish high
School, but that she would be walking into the ceremony with the rest of the class. Her parents, brother, and grandparents sat watching for the commencement ceremonies to begin, Casey was absent. When she was just 19 years old she got pregnant with

Which started the the parading of the Anthony family. In a matter of weeks Casey had become the most hated women in America and the parents got a lot of it. People stood outside of her house yelling “baby killer” and would not stop. At one point George went to a Motel and was about to kill himself. They found the remains of Caylee in December, they found duct tape around the mouth of the skeleton.
The trial for Casey finally started in December 2011, three years after the disappearance of Caylee. The prosecution was seeking the death penalty, they tried to use the media as much as they could to try and get people on there side. They had images of her partying while her daughter was missing, they kept saying that she didn’t even want the child. They used every way possible to get the jury to feel bad enough for Caylee to get them on their side. Casey’s defense, led by Jose Baez, told a very different story to the jury. They said that Caylee had drowned in the family pool and they said that George covered up the death so Casey would get off of charges for child neglect. They also tried and used the sorrow side of the whole thing by making George come out and say that he had sexually abuse her when she was young, they also used the

However people forget that she was charged for making four false statements to the police, she got a year for every lie, and got $4,000 in fines. Because she had served three years waiting for the trial she ended up only being in jail for ten days, she owes almost $200,000 for the search of Caylee Anthony and is still trying to pay that off. Many people compared the case to the O.J Simpson case, after the trial many states made it a law making it illegal to not report a child missing. They named the bill after Casey Anthony. One of the lawyers on Casey’s named Cheney Mason said, “She hasn’t been freed from her incarceration yet cause she can’t go out to a beauty parlor, she can’t go shopping to a department store, she can’t go to a restaurant, she can’t even go to McDonald’s.
She can’t do anything.” Jose Baez said after the trial that “there are no winners in this case”, which should be the big picture in this case, but it isn’t.
In conclusion, Casey Anthony was acquitted of all charges except the false statements to the police and ended up only being in jail for ten days for “good behavior”. It was the biggest trial to be on national watch since the O.J Simpson case, which goes to prove that if you
The Casey Anthony case is the trial of Casey Anthony for the death and murder of Caylee Anthony. The two parties in this case are Casey Anthony against the state of Florida. The trial is a criminal case because it is involving a murder of a child. The trial was originally heard in state court. Although Casey Anthony plead not guilty on the first degree murder charge, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated manslaughter of a child, she was convicted of the misdemeanor which was giving false information to the police and authorities and was given 4 consecutive years of jail time (one year per count) and was fined 1,000$ for each of her four counts (4,000$ in total).
George Anthony went to pick up the car, he then states he smelled a strong odor coming from the trunk; he said it smelled of something decomposing. Cindy and George found Casey at her boyfriend’s house and brought her back home. Casey seemed alarmed and told parents that she had left Caylee in the car with Nanny Gonzales.
When asking her daughter, Casey, where Caylee was she made many different excuses before finally admitting that she had not seen Caylee in weeks. Police suspected that Casey was responsible for the death of Caylee and after an investigation, Casey was charged
In the end Casey was acquitted on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child-abuse, and aggravated manslaughter of a child, however,
“If that happened to my daughter I’d hang flyers everywhere hoping someone saw something.” Casey lied to official officers and later when confronted own her misdemeanors claimed that she was looking for her daughter the whole time, lie, and was too frightened to tell the police that she hadn’t seen her daughter for about a month, also lies. It was later found that the entire time her daughter was M.I.A. Casey - the supposedly “frightened mother” - was out partying and getting wasted off her ass. I don’t know about you but that doesn’t exactly seem like a worried mother to me, granted forensics could never find any directly linking evidence own Casey Anthony, no fingerprints were found own the duct-tape, no hair, no shoe prints, no DNA of any
Casey Anthony is going to make many Americans think it is ok to murder their own children and get away with it. Casey Anthony should have been sentenced to death. She shouldn't of gotten away like she did. Casey Anthony was found not guilty in murdering her little girl Caylee. The jury declined the covit of charging her for first degree murder and of manslaughter.
Americans became fascinated by Casey Anthony when she became a household name following the disappearance of her daughter. After being raised in Ohio, Anthony was later charged with the murder of her daughter Caylee following their move to Florida. Anthony’s trial quickly became public, and shocked the nation after she was acquitted of all murder charges. The majority of America assumed Anthony was guilty, but without substantial evidence, the jury lacked the confirmation they needed to lock her up for good. The question remains today, how did Caylee Anthony die?
One notorious criminal case is The State of Florida vs. Casey Marie Anthony. In this case Anthony was accused of first degree murder, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and aggravated child abuse; this would be considered her nature
They believed this right from the beginning of the trial without looking closer at the evidence. These boys were found as guilty until better technology and better professors got involved that influenced thousands of people that the three boys were actually innocent. During the Casey Anthony trial the media and people in the society were angered about the murder case and were against her, but there were also many people that believed she never did such a thing. In the end, Anthony was found
Caylee’s grandmother called the police after a month of not seeing her grandchild, noticing she went missing. She also reported her car smelled like there had been a dead body in it. Caylee’s grandmother said her daughter Casey had given various explanations as to where her daughter was week after week before calling the cops. Casey had also lied to the detectives that her daughter had been kidnapped by a babysitter on June 9th and tried to warn the police but was too scared. Finally Casey was charged with first-degree murder and pleaded not
Caylee was a sweet innocent little girl who probably was scared and terrified. And, many of you may assume that Casey could have been terrified and was actually innocent. But, she wasn’t, nothing about Casey was innocent.
The verdict in this case generated an epidemic of outrage throughout the world. I agree with the not-guilty verdict on the murder one and two charges; however, the evidence is not as incontrovertible as some have suggested. I also agree that there was some mischaracterization around the 31 days; yet, to trivialize this behavior as simply immature is inaccurate. The way Casey handled the death was inexcusable.
During the 1920s, there was a lot of change going on in the country. The automobile industry, the airplane industry, newer modern corporations and management styles, and newer machinery all boosted the economy, and electricity was used. Cities grew as new jobs became available. The 20s saw presidents Warren Harding and all his scandals, Calvin Coolidge, and Herbert Hoover. In the 20s, we were boosting from the economy, and making our market global.
In this case the only obstacle the prosecutors had was prove that Caylee Anthony was murdered by her own mother, they had to prove beyond reasonable doubt to the jury that she was behind her daughter’s death. Most of the evidence that was presented was in fact pointed to Casey Anthony as the person who was fully liable for her daughter
However, she is the mother of a proud child. The head of the family and the only child is dead. All of Anthony's family and friends have the right to know where Anthony is and what happened to
