Norman Daniels argues if health care should be a human right, and if it is, what that right should encompass. To play devil's advocate I am going to look at healthcare from a libertarian viewpoint and say that healthcare should not be a right. Many liberals believe that every American should have access to health insurance. Now yes this is true, we all should be able to access healthcare since it is a basic need in our society, however some blur the lines and say that healthcare should be a human right rather than a good. Now healthcare is a positive right, as opposed to a negative right.
