Are Ghost real?
Most people believe that after someone dies their spirits are still around but some call it ghost. There can be many reasons why a spirit still stays in earth after that person dies there has been discoveries that spirits stay because they didn’t complete what that person wanted to do before he or she died. Although some people believe ghost don’t exist there has been physical evidence and historical documentations about this. Some ghost hunter groups go every night across the country head out into abandoned warehouses, old buildings and cemeteries to look for any signs of ghost. The teams often bring electronic equipment that they believe help them locate ghostly energy. Despite of year effort by ghost hunters on TV and real life they still do not have good proof that ghost are real. Many ghost hunters believe that strong support for the existence of ghosts can be found in modern physics. After a person dies, the energy in his or her body goes where all organisms’ energy goes after death: into environment. When a human dies, the energy stored in his or her body is

Some believe that they are spirits of the dead who for whatever reason get "lost" on their way to The Other Side; others claim that ghosts are instead telepathic entities projected into the world from our minds. (Radford). The idea that the dead remain with us in spirit is an ancient one, and one that offers many people comfort; who doesn’t want to believe that our beloved but deceased family members aren’t looking out for us, or with us in our times of need? Most people believe in ghosts because of personal experience; they have seen or sensed some unexplained presence (Radford).People will believe different in ghost every person has their own beliefs about ghost, even though there has been historical documentations about them, some still do not
The independent book I read The Mediator Shadowland” by Meg Cabot was about this girl named, Susannah, who can talk to ghosts. In the book, Susannah lived in New York with her single mom, because her dad had died. Her mom had married this man named, Adam, who had 3 sons and lived in California, so she moved to California with her mom. In the book when Susannah was trying to do an exorcism on Heather (a ghost) and when Susannah had exercised Heather and these huge pillars at the school had fallen on Susannah, and Susannah’s 2 stepbrother’s had found Susannah under the pillars, because the ghost that lives in Susannah’s room had told the youngest stepbrother to go find her and help her. I wish that the author made it more realistic because
() “Paranormal Investigators” or actors that claim they see ghosts, have no real evidence of the paranormal, and the only evidence they have could easily be debunked by science. The “glowing orbs” are just the reflections of dust particles, extra fine hairs, reflection of light off of a dirty/wet camera lens, etc. Also, when paranormal investigators get a sudden feeling of chilly weather entering the room that they are in, there most likely is a hole in the walls, window open, door open, or any type of opening in the house that cold air can enter. The camera lens picking up extra fine hairs or dust, and the sudden change in temperature have been considered proof that the paranormal exists, but due to studies made by scientists, these facts have been proven
They can appear as apparitions, speak, and in some cases, even influence the world around them. Ie, moving small rocks, or tugging at a cat's fur. This all depends on how strong the character really is, weaker characters who are shy, might not be able to influence the world around them, or speak in a way that the living can hear them. This also means that a ghost can hurt the living, such as dislodging larger cliff rocks, however they cannot physically hurt a living cat as the ghost's body is, well, not
They say the lights flicker so fast it could give someone a seizure. This ghost has never really killed anybody but really will terrorize you if you dare mess with her. Rumor has it that this ghost likes to open all the lockers in the locker rooms at night and that is why sometimes when the girls come to school and go to gym all the lockers are wide open. Sometimes the ghost throws everything in the lockers everywhere so basically when that happens all the girls have to go through the stuff trying to find their belongings. The ghost also will shut off all the lights randomly.
Death isnt always refering to a body even though we often times think of it that way. In the memoir Night by: Elie Wiesel there are many instances of non-physicals deaths thoughout out the events that occur. In this memoir the examples of figuritive death are non stop. Three main instances are the death of freedom, the death of identity, and the most important the death of faith. Death is not just physical but figurtive displayed by Elie Weisel in the memoir of Night.
There 's something to be said for the kind of horror movie that while not actually scary, at least in my opinion anyway, remains incredibly re-watchable. Maybe Phantoms is scary, but lost some of the chills somewhere around the twentieth viewing. Strangely I feel that Phantoms may be more well-known from the Kevin Smith film Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, rather than for its own merits. Though I do have to agree that Ben Affleck is pretty bomb in this film, he 's not the best performance.
What Comes Next? Afterlives, Culture, and Philosophy The afterlife is a constant mystery throughout human history. Many different cultures have created religions that attempt to explain what happens after we leave this mortal coil, up to today. While many reach a similar conclusion, such as several modern religions, what do religions and mythologies of past cultures say about them? What does modern religion say about modern humanity?
On the other hand, “Psychologically we can explain the presence of the ghost as being a figment of an imagination under the stress of grief” (Mediation and Multiple Narrative in Love Medicine). Because Grandma Kashpaw loves Grandpa too much so the way she treats him is the way to kill him. However, according to Kathleen M.
Ghosts, in the monograph written by David Jones, are described by Sanapia, the Comanche medicine woman, as beings that “get jealous because [humans] are living and [they have] died” (Jones 66). The Comanche cultural connotation of ghosts is one that characterizes ghosts as either mischievous, or pernicious entities. Therefore, ghost sickness, as described by Jones, occurs when a ghost(s) comes into contact with a human being(s) and because of its malevolent/ jealous nature uses its supernatural ability to “[cause] contortions of the facial muscles and in some instances [paralyze the] hands and arms” (Jones 66). In essence, the ghost(s) harm the human being(s), and ghost sickness is the physical manifestation in the human being of that ghost-to-human interaction. It would be more accurate to say, that ghost sickness manifests itself in the human being after the human being has come into contact with the ghost and has failed to exert courage, or to, as detailed by Sanapia, “turn around and… show it [that they weren’t] afraid of it” (Jones 67).
Spooky things exist to feed off people’s emotions. People normally view these spooky things using a set rules or scale to judge these type of monsters. This is how people are aware of the situations that they are in. In order to escape this situation, people must think about it to themselves. Due to these situations, people of our community watch horror movies in order to simulate the idea of spooky things for the future.
Do you think aliens are real? Yes, many people think they are just some made up theory, but In think they are wrong. I think aliens are real and lots of other people agree and they have proof by taking pictures and videos. Also the army found proof and kept it hidden from the world.
I watched the 1996 version by Kenneth Branagh and I will try not to repeat what has already been effectively said. The richness in set designs and the utmost care for detailed descriptions of places, elaborated, colorful costumes, as well as the music itself opened it to a much wider audience than theatergoers when it first appeared 20 years ago (Branagh constant challenge). In a certain sense, the Ghost is present from the very beginning of the play even before it shows.
Communication - Ghosts can show themselves, and speak to the living. They can even lift rocks, or tug at a cat's fur! However, the ghost is not solid, therefor they cannot physically hurt a living cat. Appearance - Their emotions and personality prior to their passing effect their translucency and overall appearance. Bad wounds from their passing my also crossover, and their voices can be obscured and quite odd.
Ghosts can appear in various forms, they can appear as ectoplasm, shadows, poltergeists or demons. Many of us don't actually believe in ghosts, but in energy. Some believe that as the law says "energy is neither created nor destroyed", and based on that physical principle we question to ourselves: where does our energy go to after life?. Thus, most of the paranormal events that take place in daily life might
Name : Chhon Phalla Room : Nokor Bachay (301) Supernatural Beliefs Cross-culturally For as long time age’s, we have been fascinated with the idea of other worlds and other creatures that are somehow 'supernatural'. All around us is the physical world and the reality of that world is something we deal with on a daily basis. But since the dawn of man we have been telling stories of something else, something 'other', which might take the form of ghosts, of demons, of aliens or of elves.
