Chick-fil-A is an American fast food chain headquartered out of Atlanta, Georgia that specializes in chicken and chicken sandwiches. The founder, Truett Cathy, started the franchise in May of 1946 and today there are more than 2,000 restaurants across the Southern U.S. Although some people disagree on the religious views of the franchise, the great food, excellent customer service, and overall family atmosphere keep people coming back for more. Truett Cathy, Chick-fil-A’s founder, started the franchise on the basis of Christianity. This has caused a lot of controversy with topics such as same-sex marriage. Chick-fil-A has accomplished this task with not only their famous fried chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, and chicken nuggets, but also much healthier alternatives such as grilled options for the items listed beforehand, a chicken salad sandwich, a grilled chicken wrap, and three types of salads. Having a great family atmosphere is great for business because parents need somewhere to take their children to eat. If a restaurant is known for its rowdiness and another is known for being family friendly, which restaurant do you think the parents are going to bring their children to along with their business?
