Christopher Nolan was born in the early 70’s in England, but would travel to the United States often while growing up. When Nolan was 7 he would use his father’s camera to make short films. With the love and inspiration of the Star Wars movies, the fascinating films left him with a new outlook. One of his early short films called Space War’s was made at the age of 8. The stop motion animation was just the foundation of something so much bigger. With time, Nolan had made his short films improve by becoming bigger and longer. At a young age Christopher Nolan knew he wanted to pursue a career in film making. While he was attending college he continued making sophisticated short films.

Christopher Nolan is a modern screen writer and film director who made many ground-breaking movies in the early 21st century such as, Inception and The Dark Knight. Christopher Nolan started off receiving credibility with directing Memento in 2000 and Following in 1998. The next film that Christopher Nolan had gotten attention from would have been Batman Begins. Rumor had it, that it took Christopher Nolan 15 minutes to persuade Hollywood to direct the utmost grossing movie trilogies beyond compare. The Dark Knight Rises was unquestionably the film that contributed to him getting credibility. Christopher Nolan was hesitant at first when the idea was approached to him. After spending long time passing around ideas the story introduced Harvey Dent a very well-known politician and one of the most famous super villains in comics, The Joker as the story goes down an even darker path than Batman Begins.
