During 911, many people were killed, about 2996 people died because of the hijacking. The u.s. looked to blame someone, The ethnic group that ended up getting blamed where the muslims. During the salem witch trials, about 200 people were found guilty, and killed for being a witch or conveying activity with the devil.
The People that died in the salem witch trials, died because they would not admit to letting satan control them or committing witchcraft. If someone said you did let satan control you or that you participated in witchcraft, and you took accountability, then you would be let free, because people believed that confession would free you from your sins. Some people would be fine and they would just take accountability for letting satan control them or performing witchcraft, but some People didn't want to admit that satan took control over them or they were witches, because a lot of people where egomaniacs and valued their dignity more than there life, and to admit that satan took control of you or that …show more content…

the purpose of the attack was to hurt the united states, because the terrorist group al-qaeda hates the fact that the united states has freedom and the democracy and afghanistan, where al-qaeda is located, does not. The al-qaeda group felt that if they cannot have freedom than no one should have freedom. The result of the attack only created a religious intolerance and injustice for muslims, that made people think that all muslims were terrorists and that they should be punished. I do believe that al-qaeda should be punished, but al-qaeda has nothing to do with the muslims community, or muslims beliefs, but still muslims have been discriminated against and treated unfairly because people do not have a knowledge of who committed the attack, and in general people have an intolerance for people that are
