Principles in The Declaration Of Independence I believe that the United States of America mostly upholds the principles from the Declaration of Independance. Some people would disagree when it comes to this topic. People like NFL player Colin Kaepernick and members of the Black Lives Matter association are standing up for their rights and think the African Americans are treated unfairly. Some people feel they are standing up for their rights but the others say they disrespect the flag and fallen soldiers by protesting and standing for their rights. Black Lives Matter began as a action in response to violence and anti-Black racism. The intention of this group was to allow Black people from all over the world who have a shared wish for justice
