Most of the people in the gym had their headphones in and were inside of their own world, oblivious to what was going on in all of the surrounding areas. The majority of the conversations that were going on were most often strictly gym based questions. I heard a few questions that were not just gym based but for the most part I was hearing questions about the weight amounts people should use, or questions of people asking another person to put more weight onto their machines and such things. One specific conversation I heard was two guys talking about the pre-workout and post-workout they drink, the guys were discussing their favorites and why they were their favorites. My favorite part of the conversation was at the end when they both said they …show more content…
The atmosphere is hot and sweaty and humid because of all of the body heat in such a small area. The area still manages to smell of cleanliness because of the cleaning supplies that you are required to use after using the machines. Not only does the place have an atmosphere but each individual person has his or her own atmosphere. Each and every person in that gym, gives off a particular vibe which could be a positive or negative vibe. The atmosphere of the gym is also very modern with the machinery and the looks of the machinery, you can tell that they are new. It is a very clean environment which makes people feel extremely comfortable in the situation that they are in. Having the right temperature for the gym is always key, if the gym is too hot it will be uncomfortable for the visitors and also would help allow for bacteria to grow. If the gym is too cold it could cause issue with warming up routines and could also cause sickness. This gym had the perfect temperature so the visitors were comfortable. The gym also has a moderate noise level, nobody is yelling in such a way that they are disturbing the work out of another person, which helps to create a positive atmosphere for all people who want to work out in the
Why I Should be an Athletic Trainer For as long as I can remember I’ve been fascinated with sports. I started participating in sports when I was about nine, I ran track and played basketball. At that age I fell in love with the nature of sports. It thrilled me to cheer for my favorite teams and I was downright ecstatic when I was the one competing.
It created an enjoyable work environment by hosting social events, listening to music, and casual dress codes. Moreover,
It provides a relaxing environment for you to just be to yourself. No beep of a phone and nobody else is there. Nature is a mental medic. Everybody likes to socialize and have constant interaction. We are scheduled and organized .
I learned that a simple phone call means a lot to someone who lives on their own, talking to Virginia gave me insight to always make sure I have a relationship with my parents. My overall impression was amazed the way Mrs. Bravo carried herself I would never imagined she was lonely, depressed and slightly falling into poverty. As for the facility it is nice but there needs to be an essence of diversity from employers and participants. I would definitely recommend the YMCA to older people especially African Americans, due to the history of African Americans eating habits and health problems engaging in these fitness activities will end the stereotypes of our people. I wish there was a YMCA near my grandparents because they would be able to meet new people, become healthier and improve on their cognitive skills.
Attention Getter: Have you ever been to a gym and have felt frustrated because you couldn’t find what you were looking for, or got stuck by someone who had bad hygiene, or had someone come up to you and try to hold a conversation? Athletic Trainer I always wanted to become an Athletic trainer as I was growing up. GO TEAM GO Were you able to play the sport you trained during school? If not, you are like me, I do gymnastics as my weekly sport and there are many reasons why schools should have a gymnastics team. Some reasons include gymnasts want to be able to join a team,itś fantastic for anybody´s future, and the sport is good for more than just gymnasts. My first reason is that gymnasts want to be able to join a team.
Furthermore, when I am motivated to work out, I enjoy running outside. I view the gym as a very reliable place to work out, but I also believe gym’s are boring and provide a disadvantage for athlete because the athletes do not become accustomed to the heat or the cold. Lastly, one thing that a lot of people like to do is to lift weights. I believe lifting weights can be an important activity in sports that are more physical, but I personally find lifting weights extremely boring. We know it will be good for us, but we can never seem to drag ourselves to do it. Excuse after excuse, the guilt builds up, and we find ourselves in gym shorts and tennis shoes headed to that formidable building we are all far too familiar with—the gym. At first, it might mistakably seem as a simple sanctuary for a workout—a quick jog on the treadmill or a joyride on the elliptical—but in actuality, it is an entire world of its own: a universe of competition and a solar system full of yoga pants and tank tops. Shaky legs make their way to the beloved locker rooms—it’s been awhile since you’ve worked out—and then up the stairs. But throughout your daunting stroll through the gym and during your anaerobic endeavors, you can’t help but notice them.
As a student, I always find myself stressed about things like homework, tests, due dates, grades, rent, and all other sorts of college-related problems. When I start to feel overwhelmed by all of the noise of being a young college student, I turn to the one thing that gives me the greatest sense of purpose and inner piece; weightlifting. For me, a weightlifting session is a form of meditation, a time when I can be by myself and truly find inner peace. There is no better feeling to me when I enter a gym with a planned and detailed workout in mind. The feeling of anticipation and readiness to vent out my stress gives me the motivation to hit a workout hard.
I became much more of a positive thinker and also much more confident and social. I had never experienced this feeling before and I felt like a new person. Although many talk of fitness as only a physical change it is also very beneficial for your mind and changes the way you perceive things. Weightlifting can have an overall positive impact on your life. I felt as if I had finally broken out of my shell and started enjoying life more.
Every man desires to sew wide. Military or defense you may have to go to any service-related chest must be broadened. Anyway, clothes only look good when your chest wide. To the gym in the morning or evening when it is more important is that you set a goal, or you have moved on from a stage.
Chapter 2 Muscular Strength, Power, and Speed Muscular strength, power, and speed are defined as the three vital skills needed by taekwondo players in their sport, as stated in Physical Training in Taekwondo: Generic and Specific Training (Haddad, 2014).
A fitness goal setting is an important process before embarking onto any weight loss activities. Many people have tried different weight loss programs, but could not reach their wanted fitness level.
