At approximately 13:00 on Friday, December 04, 2015 Russell Newman contacted Brad Smiley to discuss both a phone conversation and professional relationship between him and Dora Gillespie. Russell discuss that Dora called over and told him that Junior (Josh) needed to stop visiting with “Daddy” and come over and take care of an inbound A-1 trailer. Russell “tried” to inform Dora that Josh was not over there but Dora said I know he is because I have been running marbles all day and have seen him there for about 15 minutes then according to Russell, Dora hung up on him.
