But Elie after getting out of camp and almost dying of food poising from eating to much 11 days out of camp he decided to write a book. He did it to tell people what really happened and hpw bad somthing like this really is and is truing everything he can to prevent somthing like this ever happening again. Elie no matter what would make sure his dad was safe and staying alive. The entire time elie was in the camp he was with his father they worked together ate together and slept together.
