Depression and psychopathy are conditions of the mind that often lead people, who have either, to act in in extreme ways. These conditions often cause
people who experience them to make harmful decisions that not only affect themselves but also others. This is evident in the many of the mass shootings that

Depression usually is more of an inward condition, affecting only the person himself. People who experience depression have feelings of intense sadness.
They often have feelings of being helpless, hopeless, and worthless, having a very low selfesteem. According to Dylan Klebold's journal he felt all of these.
The feelings can last for a long period of time and keep the person from functioning normally, such as in his thinking sleeping, eating and work patterns.
Depending on how severe the depression is sometimes the person, to escape it, commits suicide. According to statistics, one out of every ten people with

Psychopaths : An Annotated Bibliography Psychopaths are people that have always amused me. The ability to not feel, the ability to be remorseless, and the ability to be heartless. I believe that there is more than one definition to psychopathy, and I will be proving this with my sources. Bate, Carolyn et al.
Strange Answers to the Psychopath Test “He’s a gray area in a world that doesn’t like gray areas. But gray areas are where you find the complexity. It’s where you find the humanity, and it’s where you find the truth” (Ronson).
When someone is diagnosed with a life threatening disease, like cancer or IPF, they go through the seven stages of grief. Those stages are denial, guilt, anger, depression, the upward turn, reconstruction, and then expectance. For many, denial sets in quickly. They don’t believe that they are sick, and try to pretend that they are totally healthy.
Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold are the two teens that were behind the Columbine shooting. After years of planning April 20, 1999 was the day that Eric and Dylan killed fifteen people including themselves. No one knows why they did it, but some knew that Eric and Dylan were not stable boys. Eric labeled as a psychopath knew how to control his fate, and Dylan labeled with depression did not care about life anymore. Did Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold show signs of their labels, and did they have a chance to move on from it?
The Columbine Shooting was an unforeseen tragic event that transpired on April 20, 1999. The shooting was labeled as a massacre that devastated not only the city of Columbine, but the state of Colorado and the whole nation. It is these types of tragic scenarios that make society question the security of the school, and the ease of obtaining guns in the United States. Two senior students, Eric Harris (18) and Dylan Klebold (17) found to be the only two perpetrators during the massacre.
In recent years, mental illness in the black community is becoming more and more an epidemic just like any other illness. This paper will take a look at what causes mental illness at a young age and what is being done to help our young African Americans combat the disease. It has long been known that sociopaths walk among humanity, perhaps even abusing, hurting, and deceiving the people around them. While the true cause of this psychiatric disorder has been never established, the disorder itself has been established as one that affects a person so deeply on a cognitive and emotional level that it turns a human being into something without any real human qualities such as: emotion, empathy, morality, and complex decision making. Some monstrous murders were found to be sociopaths even, leading to a controversial topic of whether sociopaths could be considered legally insane or held responsible for their actions. Many times, however, these individuals are not even known to the people they interact with, and while
Serial killers have been a sociological study for years upon years, trying to find out the psychological and biological aspects behind their outrageous, murderous behavior. When looking into serial killers, the question often occurs as to why these people perform numerous killings of people that they do not know. There is a psychological, biological, and sociological explanation behind it all. In these social studies, scientists break serial killers into multiple categories: they are defined as psychopathic or psychotic, stable or transient, and disorganized or organized. The most important thing to remember about serial killers is that the environment around them is what triggers these behaviors.
Anxiety can end up becoming depression if they do not get it treated in time.
