Bakery Plants produce a variety of delicious baked goods, including dry mixes, icings, and fruit fillings; ready-to-serve products such as muffins, cupcakes, and cornbread; and frozen sweet goods, frozen rolls, frozen wire-cut cookies, and frozen pies that are ready to be baked in our stores. Produce Snacks Plant produces a variety of tasty treats including trail mixes, dried fruits and vegetables, and our ever-popular chocolate-covered peanut butter pretzels. Fresh Kitchen produces Grab & Go items such as sandwiches, mini platters, meals, sides, and entrees, as well as sub kits, for our retail stores. Retail Stores need supplies and services which include all non-capital goods (grocery bags, cleaning chemicals, cleaning supplies, office supplies, packaging, merchandising aids, decorations, etc.), replacement parts for capital items in the stores and services (sanitation, floor care, uniform/linen services, etc.). All these processes seem to be extremely effective and keeps the company in business all of these years. I don’t think it’s any better way to distribute food and services because the current process is fresh and natural. Most customers care about how and what’s being put into their bodies. As far as marketing, radio, social media, periodicals, television, etc.. are all examples of how Publix Supermarket Inc. advertises.
