Ethics in the workplace is a hot topic. As Ethic is now working its way into our circulumes, business meetings, and departments. I believe that each indivual deals with an entical issues everyday. As managers or leaders in our work place we have to ensure that we are acting ethically as well as ensure our employees are conducting themselves ethically and morally. I work in healthcare where everyday we are faced with ethical conflicts. As practioners our obligation is to do no harm. We are utlipmaly taking care of people. We are obligagtiete ethical duty to help people. This can come through helping them through their pain or recomonding treatments to proglong their lives. This to can call for an ethical issues in reguards to if we help proglong someone live is it going to offer a good quialiy of life.
We live in a socity where aging is no longer accepted.

Ethics is becaome a major compent of the puzzle. At my orgainziation we have hired a team of ethidcal specialist who are on call 24hrs to answer difficutl questions or to help mentor our staff on how to communicate with our patients or families. We also have each associate throughout the hospital assigned a group of continuing education soly on ethics. I am also a stong beliver that everything starts with a strong leadership that should lead be example. The organization it self should hold people accounatable and not tolerate any unethical behavior. If the leaders display trust, employees will follow their example. Leaders have to show their employees that they valued and repsected. All business need to develop an ethics plicy that will help deal with ethichal issues that arise. Ahmad et al. (2021) claim that leaders must maintain open lines of communication, providing employees with clear expectations and guidelines regarding ethical conduct. This includes openly discussing the consequences of unethical behavior. Leaders should hold themselves and their teams accountable for their actions (Shuck et al., 2019). They demonstrate the importance of integrity by taking responsibility for mistakes and promptly addressing unethical behavior.
This competency is all about being able to make critical decisions in the case of ethical dilemmas and acting professionally in the work place. Although ethical dilemmas rarely have clear-cut solutions, this competency tells social workers to turn to the NASW code of ethics and supervision for guidance. That is exactly what I did for my "Ethic Paper" which you can find below. When faced with an ethical problem or issue in any career affecting societal concerns, I would use moral reasoning and the knowledge about ethical principles I learned in my assignments and courses to make an informed and moral decision when presented with an issue. The selected corporation is Volkswagen (VW), a German car manufacturer headquartered in Wolfsburg, Lower Saxony, Germany. According to the International Ethical Business Registry, there has been a dramatic increase in the ethical expectations of businesses and professions over the past ten years. Increasingly, customers, clients and employees are deliberately seeking out those who define the basic ground rules of their operations on a daily basis.
According to research by Mayer, Aquino, Greenbaum, and Kuenzi (2012), moral leaders will often practice appropriate business ethics. In turn, the leader establishes similar positive ethical attribute in all fronts of their organization, since the employees and stakeholders are prompted to follow suit. This is in line with Terris’ (2005) opinion in the book Ethics at Work. Terris commends the Lockheed-Martin program for institutionalizing functioning work ethics at the administrative level (Terris, 2005, p. 47). Furthermore, according LRN research conducted in the United States, most of the full-time workers preferred working in an ethical company, suggesting the importance of leaders and stakeholders’ ethical behavior in the organization (Dubrin, 2010).
Must employees will notice, criticized, or even emulated the moral failures of their leaders. If we look at our world history, it is filled with examples of how competent leaders have failed from ancient times to modern times. Periodically, we read about unethical behavior in some type of media outlet. Which often corrupts the public’s trust in the leader’s company or agency, then it brings the individual leader into question.
“Title Rhenzl” Business is an economic activity whereas its concern is continuously and constantly producing and distributing goods and services to market in order to provide and satisfy human needs, wants and demand. Meanwhile, ethics had been studied by the philosophers for about 2500 years, since the time of Plato and Socrates. As of today, ethics is considered as the moral standards that an individual is relying upon when making a judgment and decision.
This also evident from above discussion that ethical leadership is also crucial in developing the ethical culture within an organization. The employee performance can also incredibly increased by ethical and moral behavior in a workplace that practice good ethics. Ethics according to my understanding is that division of philosophy which concerns with the moral principles that guide us in terms of our behaviour and way of doing things. Ethics simply helps a person in distinguishing between the right and wrong, good and bad, just and unjust, acceptable and unacceptable. It incorporates the ethical standards or the code of ethics guiding a person into the right path by instilling discipline and other virtues in our life’s daily activities. As professional teachers we endowed with dignity and reputation with high code of conduct while practicing the noble teaching profession which also requires us to follow set of ethical and moral principles, standards and values. Ethics in education concerns with the study of ethical standards or basic principles related rooted in the education system.
