Ethics in the workplace is a hot topic. As Ethic is now working its way into our circulumes, business meetings, and departments. I believe that each indivual deals with an entical issues everyday. As managers or leaders in our work place we have to ensure that we are acting ethically as well as ensure our employees are conducting themselves ethically and morally. I work in healthcare where everyday we are faced with ethical conflicts. As practioners our obligation is to do no harm. We are utlipmaly taking care of people. We are obligagtiete ethical duty to help people. This can come through helping them through their pain or recomonding treatments to proglong their lives. This to can call for an ethical issues in reguards to if we help proglong someone live is it going to offer a good quialiy of life.

Ethics is becaome a major compent of the puzzle. At my orgainziation we have hired a team of ethidcal specialist who are on call 24hrs to answer difficutl questions or to help mentor our staff on how to communicate with our patients or families. We also have each associate throughout the hospital assigned a group of continuing education soly on ethics. I am also a stong beliver that everything starts with a strong leadership that should lead be example. The organization it self should hold people accounatable and not tolerate any unethical behavior. If the leaders display trust, employees will follow their example. Leaders have to show their employees that they valued and repsected. All business need to develop an ethics plicy that will help deal with ethichal issues that arise. These policies should be shared with the staff so they know what is expected and know that they will be held accountable. This can also help with potiental law suits in the
