People could say Hitler in his teenage years was a wishful thinker and filled with hope and aspiration. Hitler’s father died when he was 14 of a disease called “Pleural Effusion.” Pleural Effusion is a disease where there is an “unusual amount of fluid around the lungs.” When he was 14, he stopped going to school and started reading, wandering in the woods, and dreaming of being a famous artist. When he turned 18, he tried to fulfill that dream by enrolling in the famed academy of fine arts. Soon after they denied him, he started to get very distant and depressed.
