The book A Wrinkle in Time was made in 1960 and was written by Madeleine L’Engle. The book and the movie have similarities and some differences. The book has more details on the characters and how they had looked. It also has more of what Meg was felling and how it changed throughout the story. The movie had more feelings and more back round about Charles Wallace. The book A Wrinkle in Time and the movie also have some similarities. Both the book and the movie Meg thinks she is dumb, feels less of herself and wants to be exactly like every body else. On another planet called Camazotz all the people where under control and had the same rhythm/beat. The characters had matched, up to both the movie and the book. The book and the movie A Wrinkle in Time had some differences as well as some similarities. In the book Meg had braces and glasses but, in the movie Meg didn't have braces nor gasses. In the book Charles Wallace was 5 years old didn't go to school and couldn't read, in the movie Charles Wallace was 6 years old, had went to school and, could read. The beginning of the book and the movie were different because, the book started out as a, “Dark stormy night” and in the movie it started out in Megs Science room. To began with the author Madeleine L’Engle of Wrinkle in Time she persuade the reader on how Meg had felt throughout the story. Meg felt like the out cast of everybody, she was jealous because she isn't exactly like every-body else. Later on Meg realized that its okay to be different, Meg had looked up to her own saying, “Being different is okay because not every body needs to be the same as every body else.The same is the past make a mark and be you only you.” Thats when Meg stoped trying to be like everybody else, because she had realized that being the same as every body else is not
