Karolina’s current distribution method is clearly not working, and she is confused on what promotional options she should pursue in the future. To assume, no budget has been set aside for advertising. From this, it is very difficult to achieve consumer awareness if we are not able to operate within little to no budget. Aside from this, Karolina has various unique products that are offered, and she takes pride in the high quality material she has made. It is just the matter of brand awareness, which the company has none of.
Operations
As of now, Korra is the only person running day-to-day operations. According to Karolina, there is only little attention for her dancewear collection. The consumer traffic is the main problem to her lack of sales, and brand recognition. If she decides to pursue her promotional ideas, with the help of experienced marketing management, there is a possibility to gain revenue.

Pointe shoes are the symbol of the ballerina and they have had a huge impact on the history of dance. They are much more complex than what we tend to think and throughout this essay we will go over their creation, how they’re structured, and how they impacted ballet. In the early 1700s, the technique of ballet developed rapidly and incorporated a new emphasis on graceful footwork and technique. In 1726, Marie Camargo debuted at the Paris Opéra Ballet in a performance of Les Caractères de la Danse, dancing in slippers instead of heeled shoes.

Largely, the entry of the company into the distribution channels has limited the threat of major or powerful suppliers. The company has created its own retail stores and online web marketing. This approach aims at capturing the consumers that would want to order the product directly from the manufacturer. In fact, the online marketing model does not only enable the firm to sell directly to the respective consumer, but also enables the firm to identify the unique needs of the consumers. The direct link between the consumers and the company is critical to continuous growth of the company.
The Role of the Costume Designer in Modern Dance One of the most crucial but often looked over people involved in a performance are the costume designers. Costume Designers have a specific job with goals they must achieve by manipulating the use of certain tools, fabrics, colors, and texture. A costume designer’s goals can be easily broken down into five different categories. These categories include establishing the tone, time and place, character information, aiding the performer, and coordinating with the director. The tone and style of the performance should represent to the audience the approach of the performance and what image they are trying to achieve.
Introduction “So glam, so Kylie.” That’s the motto of Kylie Cosmetics, one of the newest companies from the United States to join the cosmetics industry. Despite it being around for only less than a year, Kylie Cosmetics has been highly raved about by many mainly due to its owner being Kylie Jenner, a known television personality. Kylie Cosmetics was initially praised for its lip kits where consumers would get the ‘perfect pout’ or the ‘perfect Kylie look’. Eventually, the company turned into an all around cosmetics brand, providing makeup lovers with more than just lip products.
