Cooking Up Death
Careless. Dangerous. Murderous. Guilty. Mr. SpongeBob SquarePants is all these things. On the night of April 1, 2022, Mr. SpongeBob SquarePants ferociously and ruthlessly executed Mr. Krabs in a fit of murderous rage all because the innocent Mr. Krabs couldn’t afford to give him a raise. The jury will see that the defendant Mr. SpongeBob SquarePants is 100% guilty because the murder weapon clearly points to SpongeBob, he didn’t get the raise he wanted, and had to pay off his home loan.
The first reason Mr. SquarePants is guilty is because Mr. Krabs body was found with a cut on his neck from a spatula, grease around him, and signs of blunt force trauma were found on his head. For example, according to the crime scene evidence and witness testimony, “There was a spatula found next to the body. It was covered in Mr. Krabs blood… The

SqaurePants is responsible for the innocent Mr. Krabs' death is because he was never given the raise he wanted. For example, according to crime scene evidence and witness testimony, “SpongeBob has worked at the Krusty Krab for years. In all the time, he has never received a raise… Sandy testified that SpongeBob was desperately in need of money because the bank was going to repossess his pineapple house. She said SpongeBob has recently asked Mr. Krabs for a raise. Mr. Krabs denied him, saying that the business wasn't doing very well and there wasn't enough money to give anyone a raise… Patrick said that SpongeBob told him, ‘Mr. Krabs is a greedy pig. He’s gonna wish He’d given me a raise!’” (Evidence #10, #17, #18). This evidence is significant because it proves SpongeBob was motivated to kill Mr. Krabs because he was upset that he didn’t get the money he needed. Others defending SpongeBob may claim that he quit after he was denied the raise and wouldn’t make the crime scene. However, the cash register was found empty and he still needed the
Sandy testified that SpongeBob SquarePants was in desperate need for money, or the bank was going to repossess his pineapple house. This is when SpongeBob SquarePants asked Mr.Krabs for a raise, and was denied. Later Patrick stated that SpongeBob SquarePants told him, “Mr. Krabs is a greedy pig. Hes gonna wish he gave me that raise.” With these two statements it is clearly shown that SpongeBob SquarePants had a strong motive to murder Mr. Krabs.
Your Honor and Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, in this case, we are here to prove that one night in the park Johnny Cade a violent, dirty, angry greaser pulled out his knife- the knife he had been carrying around waiting to get revenge on Bob Sheldon- and murdered him. Bob, Randy, and David stopped to take a stroll in the park where Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade were waiting to attack. This is something Dallas Winston, a multiple-time offender, would do, Johnny looked up to Dallas. Therefore, we will be looking to convict Johnny Cade of first-degree murder. First of all, Johnny wanted revenge; he knew it was Bob Sheldon who had beaten him in the lot, and left a scar all the way down one side of his face, Johnny would always carry that scar with him.
In the case that the prosecutor has presented to you today there is insufficient proof to convict. We would ask for a verdict of not guilty. The state stated that Spongebob is the murderer using the witness statements. Some of these statements don't make sense such as how Patrick Star stated that Spongebob said, “Mr. Krabs is a greedy pig. He’s gonna wish he’d given me a raise!”

If he did follow everything his parents wanted him to do, he would become a non-independent thinker. Crabbe was becoming depressed for he was not enjoying life. Crabbe was depressed because when his parents planed out his whole life, he did not want to do those things and wanted to portray that he is independent. Also, if Crabbe did follow the plans, they would have high
Sanely Guilty - Indeed There has been a tragic death befall this town - the murder of Mr. Johnson - and today, the task at hand for the judge and jury is to decide the state of mind of Mr. Smith at the time of the murder of Mr. Johnson. There is absolutely no question that Mr. Smith murdered Mr. Johnson; Mr. Smith admitted to two policers: “I admit the deed!” (61). Mr. Smith further directed the police officers to the location of the body when he demanded they “ . . . tear up the planks!
He told Patrick that the Krusty Krab was closed and that he might never sell another Krabby Patty again”. This discusses how Mr. Krab was upset about SpongBob quitting because he was his best worker. And it also puts some suspicion on Patrick because the restaurant was locked so no one would be visiting it when it is

This fear of losing a toned body after graduating high school bothers some more than others. They realize after high school there are no longer athletics, and they’ll no longer be exercising regularly. Also, when they depart from their parents house and begin to live on their own their eating habits change.
