In the Columbian Exchange there are many different impacts, both good and bad. The Columbian Exchange was an exchange of different things between the American Indians and the people from Europe (Christopher Columbus). In the Columbian Exchange was a good thing to happen but but there was an exchange of diseases that the natives were not used to like smallpox, diphtheria, and tuberculosis. That wiped out 1\3 of western Europe. The new people also used the natives as slaves for the growing of crops, but then they started fleeing to the countryside.
