Patriots Pen “What freedom means to me” Freedom means different many things to me. When I was young freedom meant being able to ride my bike without help. Even to make my own breakfast and dress myself. Now that I am older I have really come to appreciate my freedom. To me freedom means being able to wake up and feel safe. Freedom is being able to speak or act and not feel restricted. I am grateful for the freedom I have but I am also a little concerned. To me freedom is something you should honor and cherish. I do realize that what freedom means to me and what freedom can mean to someone else can be very different. I also realize that the freedoms I have am be different from someone else has. Since I am only 13 I am limited to some freedoms.
But it gives me the courage to stand up for myself and what I believe in. When I wake up I don't have to worry about being controlled. I take freedom for granted, I never honestly appreciate my right to go to school and my right to free speech. I should think about the men and women who fight for me every day and the people who don't get the things I do, like going to school, going to church and dressing how I want. Freedom is happiness.

Freedom can have many meetings to many people. Freedom to some may mean to be free in a trapped society filled with rules and regulations. Freedom can be revealed to the naked eye in things such as laws, organizations, and even clubs. Freedom to me is living your life however you choose, wherever you choose, and whenever you choose to do so. Angela Davis had once lost those privileges.
Patriots pen “What does freedom mean to me” What freedom means to me might be more than you think it means to you. There’s freedom were your parent’s will let you go out and hang with friend all night and run the streets at twelve at night and get the cops called on you and there’s a kind where you get released from slavery or chores,or homework. When most people think of freedom that’s what they think of that, but when other people think of it I think of war, slavery, and kidnaped kids. Why I think it’s these reasons is because I have family that has been in a war. That,s why I think of war, slavery, kidnappings, poverty, and probably worst then that
Webster Dictionary defines freedom as a “political right”. To me, freedom is much more than that. Freedom gives me and the people of America the right to do anything we want; it allows us to be ourselves no matter where you come from, or who you are. Unfortunately, America has not always been this way; people of different races were treated like trash on the sidewalk. Frederick Douglass had a first-hand experience to this treatment, and he knew what it was like before America allowed everyone to actually be “free”.
According to dictionary.com, freedom means “political or national independents”, but in reality it means much more than that. During the revolutionary war, four thousand four hundred and thirty-five lives were lost in order to gain independence and freedom for all Americans. I believe that freedom means that people can express themselves however they want and that they can make decisions for themselves. I think that this is true because people can choose their religion, have the freedom of speech, and can stand up for what they believe is right. Freedom of religion was part of the First Amendment to the Declaration of Independence, which means that people are able to choose their religion and can freely worship.
Freedom means to do anything one want to do, but one can’t do anything against the law. For example, one can wear whatever clothes he or she wants. One can go to any school he or she desires. I’m happy about my freedom to use the internet. I’m also happy that I can wear whatever I want without being questioned or judged.
Ricky kurihara Veterans day What does freedom mean to you? For me it means being able to live my life without being attacked. Veterans are very brave people that fought for our flag and our freedom. Freedom is enjoy your civil liberty. It 's being personally free, and being able to move or act without outside interference. It gives you the right to enjoy privileges of citizenship. It gives you the liberty of your personal thoughts, or choices. It lets you be who you want to be.
The first time I ever experienced freedom was when I came to America. Sometimes freedom ain 't really for all, you still have to follow all rules, and obey your parents. The word *Freedom* means to me is that you may have the right to do what you think is right, and you don’t really have to be one of those people out there that have no right. Even if you don’t have any right you can always dream, and experienced from the people around you, and your friends. When people always tell me what’s right, or wrong, that annoys me.
Freedom is the ability to love whomever we want, It is when you give without expecting a favor, It is the power to forgive when you've been mistaken, it is the capability to do right without being proud of it. To me Freedom is America, Freedom is the 13 horizontal stripes and the 50 stars waving in the wind, and finally Freedom is for everyone to be equal, yet different in his or her own way. Freedom to me is America, as simple as that. On July 4th, 1776 America gained freedom from Great Britain, for this is one of the most important dates in American history.
Freedom, the Google describes it as the right to act, speak or think as an individual without restraint. Most Americans see it as a thing we have and they don't acknowledge it. Other counties like North Korea and Iran see it as a thing America takes for granted and what they yearn for. Me personally, I didn't give freedom any thought until recently when I saw in the news where there are some countries that are not allowed on certain websites solely because their government has it banned. When I think about freedom I can see all the privileges I have.
In my opinion, freedom is the ability to do something however you want without the feeling of restraint or restriction. We as individuals, constitute our own freedom, because everyone's definition is completely different from one another. An example of my definition being able to say whatever you want at a Trump rally and not get jumped by a horde or people. According from my perspective of Fahrenheit 451, MIldred’s definition of freedom is basically escaping reality, She believes that the outside world is sort of worthless and has nothing to do with what she really cares about, which is her earbuds and tv walls.
Freedom is to have the rights to do or say what I want. Opportunity to be who I want. Hope to think or feel how I want. These gifts are wonderful. Why does my country treat me so
Freedom means the power or right to act, speak, or think without restraint, and the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. Freedom is the correction to do what he/she wants, live life, and eat what he/she wants. How do we live free? We live free by not judging other people’s freedom rights. Everyone has their own rights.
