Nurses should network with other nurses, management and leaders throughout their facility and others. With a broad network, a nurse is able to have access to new information and act upon it quickly. It is also helpful to have personal affiliations with other nurses in a similar role than you; when you face a challenge at work you can turn to these nurses for advice on how they may have handled a similar situation.
