I’ve worked as a Police Officer for the past two years and every shift I am required to have a high level of attention to detail. Attention to detail is necessary daily to make decisions when working in the field. As a police officer attention to detail is necessary anywhere from the most routine traffic stop to worst domestic. Without attention to detail you are unable to make accurate decisions and unable to justify what you have done e.g. writing a speeding ticket, writing someone for disorderly conduct, or arresting someone for domestic abuse. Unfortunately I have a limited leadership experience. Over the past few years I have been the primary officer on several calls. When these situations arise I believe I have handled the situations
