Every single person in this world is born with some weaknesses and strengths. Throughout our life we work to develop our weaknesses and continue to make the most of our strengths for a better future. Some people stay in denial and think they are perfect while others act on them, recognize their weaknesses and work on it to fix them. I graduated from nursing school in June 2013 and had several job interviews. I still remember human resource staff asking me about my professional strengths and weaknesses. In order to attain success, in my opinion, a person needs to acquire these traits. Another strength I see in myself is team player. I work in an extremely busy emergency room and I see myself stepping up for my colleagues. They know that they can always rely on me whenever they need anything. I am very flexible with any changing situation, because working in the ER, thinks change at the blink of an eye. I am sincere, intelligent, hardworking and success oriented. Being intelligent doesn’t mean you are the only person in the room who can turn any impossible thing into possible but it means you can think logically on your feet and you are practical. I consider this is very accurate, at any time I am not at work I am always ready to help other people. Anybody in my family, friends or neighbor can always rely on me. Whenever they need an advice, ride to pharmacy or hospital they always call me. I find helping them very rewarding. Along with my co-workers I plan volunteer activities and we go to shelter homes for providing food and clothing. My relationship with my nursing staff, physicians and managers is very respectable.
