This essay begins by discussing who spiderman is and whether we should Spider-Man be above the law. Spider-man’s real identity is Peter Parker. He is 17 years old, and he goes to the Midtown School of Science and Technology. One day at school he was on a science field trip and a spider got loose and got a hold of him and the spider bit him. When he got home and got to his room he passed out. Then he woke up with superpowers like more strength, stamina, and agility and he was able to stick to a wall with his hands and feet. That brings us to the reason why Spider-man should be above the law is that he has superpowers, he is one of the people in his city that actually cares about his city, and he loves protecting his city and its citizens. …show more content…
He leaps and moves at an incredible speed, he has high accuracy, and when he gets injured he heals up quickly. All of these powers and abilities make him above the law as he will be quicker to arrive at the scene of the crime, and he won't have to worry about getting injured as much. All of these powers and abilities are one reason that Spiderman is above the law.
Secondly, the second reason why Spiderman should be above the law is that he is one of the people in the city that actually cares about his city. An example to prove this is that, he lives his life as a superhero and being a nice/friendly hero, unlike a few others can accomplish. Even though he doesn’t have to, he still goes out on patrol and protects his city. He keeps going and pushes himself to be a better hero/person.
Thirdly, he should be above the law because he loves protecting the city and the citizens that make it, an example to prove that is because he still goes out and patrols the city. When something bad happens he doesn’t give up on the city He keeps on fighting for

Some people cheer superheroes while the law hunts others as criminals, but both kinds of heroes have the same goals: a better world. So, what makes them different? Superman, Flash, and Captain America are all viewed as great heroes who consistently save lives and there are those such as Batman, Green Arrow, or Daredevil. This latter group is often considered by law enforcement as a threat as bad as the evildoers the heroes battle. Why is this? The answer is rather simple and is found in two concepts: proactive and reactive.
Like the devil, he does not give up, and he tries harder. In

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is an animated superhero film that tells the story of Miles Morales, a teenager who becomes the new Spider-Man after being bitten by a radioactive spider. The original Spider-Man first appeared in 1962. Peter Parker was a high school student when he was bitten by a radioactive spider, which gave him superhuman strength, agility, and the ability to cling to surfaces. In the new film, Miles must team up with other versions of Spider-Man from different dimensions to stop a powerful villain named Kingpin from using a device that could destroy all of reality. Miles Morales succeeds as a remix of Spider-Man because he represents two cultures without relying on commonly-used stereotypes.
“The ways in which each of the four main characters reacts to these ambiguous laws determines how he is subsequently viewed by society” (104). The four main characters, Nite Owl, Silk Spectre, Rorschach, and Dr. Manhattan are prohibited from using their superhero abilities. Nite Owl and Silk Spectre struggle with their identities as superheroes and feel they have lost their place in a society that no longer values their services. Nite Owl is conflicted about continuing to be a vigilante, and the public perceives his lack of action as cowardice. On the other hand, Silk Specter feels a sense of duty to her country, but others perceive her as weak due to her compliance with the law.
As a member of a criminal gang, he is constantly surrounded by violence and illegal activity. This leads to him becoming increasingly distant and detached from those around him, including his own family. "I'm not like them," Spider says, referring to his family. "I'm different. I'm not safe.
Spider-Man was created in the 1960s and was created to help nerdy teenage boys feel good about themselves. “Spider-Man was a regular teenage boy until one day he got bit by a radioactive arachnid he did not die of radiation sickness but he acquires the strength and agility of a spider as well as an uncanny spider sense” (Knowles 139). Spider-Man has a lot in common with Gene from A Separate Peace by John Knowles. Gene is a nerdy teenage boy like Spider-Man’s alter ego Peter Parker. Spider-Man can be compared or contrasted to many other heroes such as king, Arthur, Sir Gawain and Beowulf.
His ability to keep fighting for what he believed in, no matter the consequences, is a strong characteristic of his. He proved that nobody should ever give up hope because giving up is never an option for something you truly believe in. In Captain America Civil War, the government passes a law that requires all "superheroes"
Why SpiderMan is above the law Spider-Man is a vigilante in New York City. His true identity is Peter Parker, who is brilliant in science and physics. When he was 16 years old, he was bitten by a radioactive spider that gave him spider powers and abilities. Spider-Man is above the law because his powers make him a very helpful person, his responsibility helps him make good decisions, and his trauma drives him to justify criminals. Spider-Man has abilities and powers that no one else has, therefore he can do a way better job of justifying criminals.
The one factual difference between the spider and the winged man was that the villagers could understand the former's story and feel inspired. For all the villagers know, the winged man could be a human cursed with wings after disobeying his parents. But the villagers

Spider-Man faced off against two of the Phoenix Five to make sure the Avengers could get to safety and finish their rescue mission. He barely got out alive. This shows that he put his comrade’s safety above his own. If it wasn’t for Spider-man’s selflessness, the rescue mission would have probably failed and the Avenger’s lives would be in even more
