CCIB received SOC 341 involving resident Camille Griffith (DOB: 03/09/84). Resident left a message with North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) supervisor stating that her roommate, Patricia raped her. The resident later stated that it was consentual and then changed her statement to not consentual. Last week, the resident stated that she engaged in consentual sex. The story as reported by resident is that she slept with her roommate 's boyfriend. The boyfriend the continued his relationship with the roommate leaving the resident alone. It was at this point that the resident contacted NLACRC and left a message that she was raped. RP mentioned that the resident has a history of this type of event and follow up with law enforcement (LE).
CCIB received an Incident Report from the LTCO Maged Mansour (213) 351-6433 regarding resident Maria Alcantara. The SOC 341 states that Maria disclosed to facility staff and her Day Program staff that residential facility staff member Gloria G hit her in her back. Once notified by of incident the facility staff notified the administrator Kendal Woods (323) 208-0133. According to the RP the incident is under investigation. The suspected abuser would be suspended pending
CCIB Intake received a cross report call from Marisa Romero with the County of San Diego CPS. Marisa stated she met with Detective Elizabeth Hundley to initiate the investigation of Gabriel Munoz DOB: 4/6/15 head injury. Marisa stated she and the Detective have statements from teachers regarding the incident. The Director was also interviewed and denied the incident happened. The Director continued to deny the incident even when the teacher Monika Huynh admitted the child hit his head when she fell.
CCIB Intake received referral #0651-1009-4066-0071107 dated 10/30/16. The reporting party (RP) was Oneil Malcolm, Facility Manager. The RP stated on 10/30/16 while supervising minors Devante Pinson and Jacob Sigala, Devanet was observed taking Jacob 's phone charger and walk towards his room. Jacob was observed stepping in front of Devanet asking repeatedly for him to return his charger. As Devante walked away he moved Jacob out of his way using his left hand.
CCIB Intake received a call from Co-Complainant Adrienne Williams (323) 802-5315 who disclosed that the son of resident Eleanor Lanzarotta in room 204 punched resident David Lester in the face. Notably David is described as having dementia with aggressive and combative tendencies. Today, April 24, 2017, David entered Eleanor 's room and struck her which resulted in her son striking him back. The complainant was not aware if David sustained an injury from the encounter due to it being the end of the shift. The complainant reported David is not appropriately placed in the facility and poses a significant risk to the other residents in care.
On the above date and time I was conducting a business check of Spice Asian Fusion. While conducting the business check, I observed a White male laying next to the front door of the property. The subject appeared to be sleeping on a cardboard box. I macde contact with the subject, later identified as Newton Clark Kline III. Clark advisedd me that he was just sleeping and not in need of medical attention.

Juarez, MSW, CSAI, Department of Children and Family Services (626) 569-6929, (213) 760-2590 cell who had questions regarding referral numbers 0698-6622-2040-4072794 and 1410-9736-5976-4064898 dated 3/23/16. The referrals were not received or processed, however you completed a Case Management Visit on 4/1/16 regarding information contained on the referrals. How would you like me to handle the referrals. I can attach a LIC812 on your LIC809 if you prefer. I don’t believe I need to process a complaint due to your case management visit.
CCIB Intake received an anonymous complaint from a parent stating a teacher named Pam Morgan hit their son Yared Ortega on the head. The incident occurred last week. The complaint was on 9/21/16. According to the complainant the child only speaks Spanish and reported to his parents that Pam hit him. The child is currently afraid of Pam due to her physical behavior towards him.
CCIB Intake received referral #0923-2901-5102-8047131 from reporting party (RP) Katie Hacker Sierra Child and Family Services staff member. According to the RP child Shawn Williams age 10, informed a group home staff member (name not provided) on the morning of 9/26/16 that during the night his roommate Arthur Hammett age12 had touched him in his "inappropriate parts." Shawn failed to provide any specifics regarding the incident and the RP didn 't question him due to his frequent fabrications as of late. To the RP knowledge, Arthur has not displayed this type behavior before, however Shawn has a history of sexualized behaviors which has been previously reported to CPS.
On the above date and time Corporal Joshua Hussey asks to speak with me concerning an inmate complaint. He stated on 10/29/2015 night shift Inmate David Anthony Todd F Block/Cell F3 accused Officer James Law of inappropriately touching him. I instruct Cpl. Hussey to escort Inmate Todd out of the housing unit; he and myself exit Tower 2. Inmate Todd and I are in the Bonding Court Room when he gives his account of the incident; no other staff is present at this time.

On Sunday 01/08/17 at 0312 hours I was dispatched to a physical domestic at 1551 8th ST NE apartment #A in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Amanda Silverman, stated she there was a physical fight with pushing between she and her ex-boyfriend, Kalvin Rutagengwa. I met with Amanda outside her apartment. Amanda said at about 0210 hours Kalvin, who she had been dating for the past year and half, came to her residence. Amanda explained Kalvin did not live with her, but he was invited tonight.
I put my attention back on the professor as he continues reading the script. He gets to the scene of the very graphic rape and my friend starts balling her eyes out. Everyone stares at her as she runs out of the room. I follow her out and attempt to comfort her. She confides in me and tells me that she was raped about a year ago.
In the short story , “The Metamorphosis”, by Franz Kafka, work changes the characters. In “The Metamorphosis”, Gregor, the main character woke up one day as a large bug. His family relied completely on Gregors work to sustain them while they stayed at home. One example on how work symbolizes changes a character is the story, “Was that the same man who had lain exhausted and buried in bed in earlier days when Gregor was setting out on a business trip…” (Kafka, 61).
If they visit a medical center, they can talk to their doctor about the sexual assault and they are also able to get a sexual assault forensic exam while they are there too. And finally, they could always tell your local police department. These are only some possible ways of telling authority, but anyway would be better then not telling anyone. Another form that is commonly seen in sexual assault are abusive relationships.
