Abigail Williams was a troubled teen due to her parent’s death. After her parent’s death, she loo discovers them, she attempts to show her behavior because it will reveal her affair with Proctor if she confesses to casting a spell on Elizabeth Proctor. Abigail lies to hide the affair, and to prevent charges of witchcraft. Being more psychotic, she tried to kills Elizabeth to be with John. Abigail gets extremely upset when Elizabeth fired her from the Proctor home. It makes Abby go crazy and tries to get proctor to confess her love towards her. There was no love to give or to be shown. Some people are intimidated on her mindset and the damage she can cause. Mary Warren was a great example in the court room, she went along with what Abigail was trying to do to get the attention of her and put on Mary Warren. The witchcraft blame towards Mary Warren shows the way Abigail thinks. The affair with John show how careless she is, Abigail has more negative characteristics. The more wrong Abigail does the more it brings out her mindset. How cruel and careless she can be, as long as the attention isn’t on her she is satisfied. Its almost like she enjoys to see others sad and down. Getting 19 innocent people killed can be the heartless thing she has done. More like she doesn’t like to take responsibility for her actions and loves to blame others. She also tries to take over Elizabeth’s spot in the marriage. Trying to persuade John to being with her and trying to prove herself that she can be a better wife. He doesn’t become satisfied with what she tries to offer. Abby has anger towards rejection, she gains hate from it. The more she got rejected and presented in a negative way the more it built up her character which made her do the things she did.ked at the world as cruel and lonely. She witnessed her parents getting killed by native Americans. Getting raised by her uncle Reverend Hale, Abigail makes most of the climax to the story by her actions.
