As mentioned in the last assignment, there are many ways that a person can bully another person. Since there is so much new technology out there, a new way that people can bully other people is called cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is defined as a type of bullying that typically deals with digital technology (bullying on social media and other online sources). From the research found, one would say that is what is being done about cyberbullying is that they are doing research on state-of-the-art detection about cyberbullying. This is most often reinforced by other supporters of the school team, which most often includes, school psychologists, and teachers. However, only 18.4% of the schools have stated having anti-cyberbullying guidelines that had been formalized in written documents. The schools that have cyberbullying policies have stated that they have preventive actions meant for the students. With this, the teachers have discussions about cyberbullying and they also discuss and explain the rules that have to do with cyberbullying. It is important that the principals and teachers have all the right information about cyberbullying so they can give the right information to their students. The age groups that the schools focus on giving the information about cyberbullying are between the ages of 11-14. It is important that schools have a plan to deal with cyberbullying. Even of the school does not have a cyberbullying issue, it is still important that the teachers talk to the students about how to be safe on the internet and have information for the parents if need be. It is important that the schools make the children feel safe if they are being cyberbullied or traditional bullied. Some of the things that would help with future approaches with cyberbullying are examining the experiences, insights, and actions of school professionals with respect to cyberbullies in other regions, investigating the relationship between problem awareness, perceived accountability, and self-efficacy when talking about cyberbullying and recording the number and nature of the tangible cyberbullying activities that are being taken and lastly, exploring the conclusions further using qualitative approaches. When taking all of the new information that the future studies will give us, it will give better information on why cyberbullying exists and a better way of putting an end to
