Valerie Red-Horse was born in California. Red-Horse received her B.A.(cum laude) from UCLA in the Theater Arts in 1981. Her career includes actress, writes and spokesperson. Her memberships include Women in Film; Sacred Dance Guild; First American in the Arts; and Native Writers Circle.
