Cochiti — Circa 1900 – 1933, Diameter 7 inches, 18 cm.
Water jar. The bands at rim and base are left unclosed to provide a "path of the spirit." This symbolic feature is present, but not visible, in the three preceding specimens. On neck and body are typical arrangements of clouds, lightning, rain, mountains and leaves. On the body these alternate with birds, and at the extreme left, a single deer.
