For local market, the opportunities are the local market from the growth point of view, though not mature but the market is still strong(Little, 2010), and the country has advanced technology, a large number of high-quality talents in higher education market, which for the school to carry out e-learning in higher education is a very big advantage. The risks are the local market has been not mature enough, it doe not have much experience, and the amount of the scale of e-learning in higher education in UK is not large too. It will be challenging to open the market. For international markets, USA is the first country to start e-learning , and has been successful in this area, there are plenty of people who choose to study online courses. It occupy almost a half in the e-learning market. There are many challenges to face internationally.
