Kappa Kappa Gamma continues to seek ways to ways to provide the highest levels of support for members and volunteers. Because volunteer and staff support are critical to serving the mission and strategic goals of the Fraternity, we wanted to share some recent changes that have been made to the staff. Field Representatives The Field Representative team has continued to evolve to meet the needs of the Fraternity’s Strategic Plan and our collegiate members. Based on Kappa’s recent excitement in re-establishing our chapter at The Ohio State University as well as establishing a new chapter at Pfeiffer University, we have hired and transitioned some of our Field Representatives into Chapter Consultants. Sena Griffith, UC Merced, recently transitioned from the role of Leadership Consultant to Chapter Consultant as she becomes the main local support for Eta Psi Chapter, our new chapter at Pfeiffer University. Ingrid was a Leadership Consultant from 2016–17 and helped many of our chapters to strive for peak operational effectiveness. She has a bachelor’s in biology and served as the Panhellenic Delegate and President of Eta Lambda Chapter. Libby is new to our Chapter Consultant team and brings a wealth of knowledge from her collegiate experience at Butler University where she majored in political science and served as the Risk Management Chairman for Mu Chapter as well as the Vice President of Conduct for the college Panhellenic. Foundation Our thriving Foundation continues to grow and expand its staff in order to better serve the needs of our members with regard to financial assistance, educational programming and preservation of our
