There is an established business with a name of Business Pub. This is an organization that requires educated and professionally skilled people to work positions at their organization. A lot of employees that work regular positions, such as administrative, human resource, sales and technology have a bachelor’s degree for the position he or she works. Yet, positions, such as executive, managers, chief executives and other leaders are required to have a master’s degree in the position he or she works. In Residential Life, our main focus was the residence’s housing experience; however, Mr. Joseph sincerely cared about each student’s wellbeing and success.

My professional experience and educational background, make me an excellent candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant for the SPS Foundation. I currently work with Saskatoon Public Schools as Secretary I for Facilities. For the past nine months I have worked with the SPS Foundation as the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director. Working with the Foundation has been rewarding both personally and professionally, as this is an opportunity to give back to SPS, the little learners, and to our community. I have over three years of directly relatable professional experience as an administrator and am well-versed in delivering outstanding customer service, document control, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and special events.
At my physician office, the staff always dress and act professionally. I have been going to my physician since I was 6, I have even job shadowed my physician. I do not recall a time my physician or his staff has ever been unprofessional. They are always dressed in scrubs or business casual. Choosing a career in the medical field can very be overwhelming, there are a multitude of options. The job that is in demand the most is Registered Nurses. This degree, at the minimum, requires an associate’s degree. By the year 2020, all R.N.’s will need to have a BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing); Bachelor’s degree programs are 4-year programs. But don’t stop there, after 2-3 years of on the job experience, find what area you would like to specialize in, and go on and earn that Physician Assistant degree.

I believe I can help mankind by being organized, non-judgemental, trustworthy, as well as a lover of animals. These skills will help me become a Veterinary Assistant so I take care of many animals. The profession I have chosen to pursue is that of a Physician Assistant. My reason for this selection is because it gives you the independency of a Physician while having somewhat less responsibilities. A Physician Assistant provides healthcare services typically performed by a physician, under the supervision of a physician. Some of these services include but are not limited to examining and treating patients, diagnosing illnesses and counseling patients. In some case physician assistants are also tasked to prescribe medicine to patients.

They practice medicine on a team all under the supervision of a doctor. The name is largely a misnomer as physician assistants are much more than mere “assistants”.

I have chosen to get my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration at Kaplan University, because of the high demand in the healthcare profession. As a Healthcare Administrator, I am required to have strong communication skills and leadership ability. Being an administrator I must be able to make decisions and delegate authority, while managing all levels of medical and administrative personnel. Our job is to manage, direct and coordinate medical services in a variety of settings. It is our responsibility to know the skills and knowledge of medical services, as well as the laws that govern the industry.
I began my undergraduate education at Colorado State University in 2004. I declared my major as Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. At this point in my life, I had no clue what I wanted to do for my career and thought this would be the best option and give me the most diversity of career options. Going into my sophomore year, I began a job in the emergency department at the hospital located in the college town. During my first day, I got to see a variety of emergent and non-emergent medical procedures.
Being in the healthcare profession as a healthcare administrator is a very demand job. As a healthcare administrator one of the major focuses would be communicating affectively no matter who your communicating with such as patients, family members, staff and outside organizations. Healthcare administrator are the abdicator for their staff, patience and facility. Today we live in a very diverse world it is important for healthcare administrator to be familiar with the demographic surrounding their facility. No matter what level of degree you are in most healthcare administrator is able to have strong professional back grounds and having the experience is necessary (Public Health,2016).
Personal Statement for NQT Year I have been lucky enough to have been taught by some truly inspirational teachers and am aware of the effect they have had on my life and the choices I have made subsequently. My own passion for working with young children extends from my desire to emulate these role models and perform the same inspirational function in the lives of my students. I have always enjoyed being around young people and have supplemented my interests in primary teaching with as much work experience as possible. I completed my PGCE Education course and qualified in 2006.
