With the information from University of Chicago Consulting Club, I am extremely impressed with Bain’s working environment as the #1 best firm to work for, as well as the opportunity to learn from both the team and Bain’s industry leading clients. I believe that the Bain & Company has the ideal culture in which to pursue my goal of becoming a strategic business leader and thinker.

My entrepreneurial experience as a founder and CEO of Kop Technology Company has prepared me for consulting’s client-oriented role. While I was a director at Hillsun Group, it gave me the special opportunity to engage in high level business discussions with senior executives across industries. One hotel CEO of asked me if I have a way to increase hotel’s daily occupancy rate, I analyzed the pros and cons of this hotel, and realized this hotel has one advantage by located near the airport. Thus, I coordinated a long-term contract with Asiana Airlines that all their crew members will exclusively stay in this hotel, this contract resulted an increase in hotel’s daily occupancy rate by 10%.
