Daffy Duck from Looney Tunes Duffy Duck is a character from one of my favorite childhood TV shows Looney Tunes. I’d have to say he was quite possibly one of the most egocentric cartoon characters of my childhood. However, in his early days, many years before I was born, Daffy Duck starred alongside Porky Pig in a short film called Porky’s Duck Hunt (1937) where he was energetic, impulsive and silly. Following Porky’s Duck Hunt, Daffy was casted in a starring role on Looney Tunes; however, when Bugs Bunny came along he took a backseat as the star, causing him to be jealous of Bugs Bunny and starting an epic rivalry.
