Dear Hiring Manager I am writing to express my interest in the position of Golf Back Shop Associate. I believe in aiding in creating a high-functioning, and efficient work environment, as well as creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients to enjoy. From previous experience, I have developed skills that can be applied to the position of Golf Back Shop Associate. During my time at RAPS Animal Thrift Store, I developed simple customer service skills. As an example, I had to work through a language barrier with a customer. Through much patience and communication through other means, I was able to help this customer find what they were looking for, as well as ensuring that they were heard and understood to the best of my ability. Additionally, I have had to set up as well as clean up the store. This meant that I had to be punctual, and on time so that I was able to make sure that the store was opened to the highest quality possible. When opening the store, my attention to detail was necessary as it ensured that customers would be able to identify items that they were looking for with haste. In practice, not everyone learned at the same pace. Therefore, I have had to change my lesson plans on the fly to ensure that everyone can continue to enjoy what they are doing while learning new skills with a strong understanding of them.
