The go to the pipe works and get exited when they figure out that the instructions were valid. They later discovered that a man named looper was stealing things for the mayor and the mayor kept it in a secret room in the pipe works. They reported it to city hall and the mayor found out, so he put them under arrest for spreading rumours. The resolution is when Lina and doon escape by an under ground river although they had to use and old beat up boat to cross it. They climb a huge rock slope and and find a book they decide to read after the climb.
They then introduced themselves and said that their names were Cherry Valance and Marcia. After that had happened Two-Bit decided to scare Pony and Johnny so after that they had all agreed that the Johnny Pony and Two-Bit were going to walk Cherry and Marcia to their houses they then are stopped by their boyfriends and so then they go with them and the Socs leave. Two-Bit had then said good-bye and Johnny and Pony went to Johnny’s house and heard their parents fighting so they then run off to the lot and fall asleep It is now two in the morning and Darry was furious and so they got in a fight and then Darry hits Pony and then after that Johnny and Pony run away then get jumped by the gang of Socs and all of the sudden Johnny kills one of them and they run to Dally and Dally tells them to go to the abandoned church until the cops stop searching. After that Dally visits them and takes them to DQ and when they get back there is a fire at the church and there were kids in their so Johnny and Pony decide to go in to save them and Johnny sudden gets hit by a piece of flaming wood and he ends up in the hospital and then it starts a rumble with the Socs and Greasers and then moments later Johnny is dead and Dally couldn’t take it

O'Connor crafts writing using calculated foreshadowing and symbolism to guild the reader to the theme. In the story, “A Good Man Is Hard To Find,” by Flanner O’ Conner the story deals with a character who appears to be a dark caged animal .The Misfit is actually a fallen angel whom has been sent to eliminate the bad people of this world. The Misfit, is the antagonist in the story who is a convicted murderer aloose from the state penitently of Florida. The story describes the Misfit as being a ‘bad guy’ he kills an entire family. From a reader’s perspective, the misfit feels as though he does not belong in the world and battles a severe mental disorder.

The story takes place in the 1940s after world two, family takes a road trip traveling to Florida, but their journey takes an unsuspecting turn. In the soliloquy in Act three Scene 1 of Macbeth by Shakespeare, Macbeth talks to himself about the problems of being a king and he is afraid of what might happen to him. Macbeth also talks about how Banquo was his friend and how Banquo is the only person he fears. Macbeth’s predicament in the soliloquy is that he is afraid of losing his crown and that Banquo will get in his way. This is important because Macbeth does not trust anyone anyone because he does not feel safe and is convinced that the wrong thing are actually good. Through the literary devices of metaphor and personification, it will help us demonstrate Macbeth’s predicament.
The scene Act 3 scene 2, conveys the theme that killing someone isn't the most proficient way in dealing with problems nor does it make life simpler, instead it creates more complications. Ironically, In this scene Lady Macbeth and Macbeth discuss the death of Banquo; both of them begin to show signs of fear & guilt. Both of them realize the troubles that come with killing Banquo, and recognize that troubles follow; his son Fleance can still cease the prophecy. This is demonstrated in the metaphorical quote “We have scorched the snake, not killed it.” Macbeth refers to Banquo as a snake, who has not yet been killed and is still able to “attack” them.

This scene establishes that Macbeth is no longer the man he used to be he a ghost of his former self.

In his soliloquy, He shows his intention he would like to achieve but its construction shows Macbeth’s mind still very much in confusion. However, most of the time Macbeth shows three different fears considering the consequences of killing king Duncan. At the beginning of Act 1 Scene 7, Macbeth is in turmoil about killing Duncan.

Lady Macbeth claims to be courageous in the beginning of the scene, by saying ‘that which hath made them drunk made me bold’. She seems to be very keen about this murder and very confident, and the fact that she was alone on stage emphasises it.
