The great, Mother Theresa once said, “Love is a fruit in Season at all times, and within reach of every hand.” In other words, we are all capable of love and of loving even in times of darkness. These words can only come and be put into action by someone capable of loving and giving but mostly to those who need it the most and are looked down upon. Heroes are people capable of loving those in need without looking at social characteristics. There are many qualities that make a person a hero. Compassion, empathy, kindness and sweetness and a sense of coexistence and self vision and a strong will shape a good heroe. Someone selfless and thoughtful of other people’s needs. After she became a nun she was known as Mother Theresa. Mother Theresa felt a religious calling when she was only 12 years old (biography.com) But it was not until she was eighteen she actually joined a “community of Irish nuns, the sisters of Loretto, who had a mission in Calcutta, India.” (Encyclopedia of world Biography) Mother Theresa had many heroe qualities that distinguished her and made her one of a kind. It was her kind heart and compassion that led her to serve her purpose of helping others, specially the poor. As stated in the journal, “Mother Theresa: a call for communicative liberating action,” “mother Theresa’s mother fed an elderly woman who could not feed herself, and often repeated to her children to, “welcome her warmly, with love...my child, never eat a single mouthful unless you are sharing it with others.
