The story “A Raisin in the Sun” written by Lorriane Hansberry, Has a very fascinating plot. Many characters actions can make it altered. There are many essential characters and in this story, they did a lot to change it. The littlest details can make a story drastically. Walter is a big part if “The Raisin in the Sun” which made him able to modify the plot. Walter is a very hard person to get along with. The main reason this is, is because he wants a better life. He has an attitude due to his complications on where he lives and how his life is going. The approach he gave to people kept getting worse over the complete play. Walter was having attitude with his wife and mother when he doesn’t get his way with getting the liquor store. After hearing this news from Mama, he went off drinking. When he finally came home he started singing “Shut up!... I’m digging them drums…them drums move me!” This is not his standard reaction. …show more content…

This shows that he is very stubborn and is not easy to get along with. He says “And you turn mine too, baby! That was my biggest mistake” This quote means he regrets marrying Ruth. This created a big problem between everyone because they don’t like how Walter has started to act upon these conflicts. Walter has a problem with himself in this play due to him not being able to do his best for his family. He wants to be the man of the house but with no money that is hard to do. Some of the actions that Walter does are a little strange which makes the plot change. Walter does some actions like for example “he pulls his shirt open and leaps up on the table and gestures a sword” He goes from his normal everyday self to these outrageous
