Alice’s story begins in a tree, on a secret mission. It also ends with a tree. Use your imagination to figure out what the tree in the end represents, OK? If I tell you now, it will be a spoiler. But anyway, back to Alice. Alice was a beautiful young angel, with flowing blonde hair and well chiseled features that gave her a sense of superiority. And by angel, I meant an actual angel with wings. A divine being that warded off evil and flew to the aid of us weak humans. Alice had beautiful blue eyes and white skin that was not too pale nor gaunt. Her hair was a thick blonde that was cut perfectly layered and as soft as a feather. But enough of me describing her, it's time you met her and knew her story. ********** Alice sat perched in a tree, high above the ground, waiting for the party that would soon pass by. Her wings were carefully disguised to look like her dress, which was as green as the forest around her, and her bow was strung and ready. This mission was crucial to the survival of the whole human race and the angels too. Her assignment was to infiltrate the newest supply of weaponry and steal it. The shipment was coming. Alice unslinged her bow and readied an intricately designed arrow. She studied the arrow, then put it back and switched it out for a different one. She stretched the bowstring and prepared to fire. A large group of horned demons and oxen came through into the clearing. The demons were whipping the poor animals, urging them to go faster while the oxen moaned and cried out from the blows. The demons were a grayish color with unnatural fangs and horns coming out of their heads. They laughed when the oxen cried out in pain. Alice felt a rush of anger, how could they do that to the poor
