The story is about A Very Old Man with Enormous Wings by Gabriel Marquez. The main characters are Pelayo, Elisenda, Father Gonzaga, and the old man with wings. As you begin to read the story, it takes the individuals through a magical journey in the eyes of the old man how the outside treats him. Imagery is the literary device in the story. It is used to build the character of the man having a bird like wings, dirty and being an angel. However, not everyone sees him as an angel. Some see him as evil or even a freak. He is held captive, and several individuals treat him unfairly. Later we hear how Father Gonzaga has suspicions of him because he doesn't speak the same language of God.
