Every company or corporation has a mission statement which they base among their vision as a team or group. It is the reason for a certain organization to be established in the first place, the center value that the organization follows throughout its time, it's what the company wants to bring to it's customers, stakeholders and investors ultimately. In AVNET, INC. A large scale electronic and computer components provider as well as having its of engineering services in the industry, their Mission Statement reads: "In line with the company's vision statement, Avnet will deliver the highest value to our customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders as the premier technology marketing, distribution and services company, globally. The booklet is recently updated as the latest date is cited as "As of June 27, 2015" Under the Corporate Overview title. Within page #4 they stated a few admirable achievements such as "No. 4 on the 2015 InformationWeek Elite 100 as Top business Technology Innovator" and "Named a World's Most Ethical Company by Ethisphere Institute 2014 and 2015". Living up to the expectations mentioned in their Mission statement, where innovation stands to be one of the best qualities brought out by the company. With more than 18,000 employees and 100,000 customers on a global scale, they sure take pride in taking lead of the market. The company also provided a wide range of statistics for their works and achievements in the form of graphs as well. (Through pages #4, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15...). And as they've supported their mission statement perfectly with "Our Vision" on page #7, declaring to"Be the premier partner of choice for our customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders... distribution resources, services and culture". AVNET, INC also distributes a balanced share of power
