Ever since I have known about all my options for a job; I have wanted to succeed in the Health Science field. In addition to pursuing Health, I hoped to attend UPenn and afterward a distinguished medical school, but the obstacles are numerous; time, money, grades, and commitment. None of these obstacles can be achieved in a day or a week, so I have done everything in my power to do my best in all but one obstacle I cannot change is money. College tuition only grows every year and my family is not exactly counting dollar bills; I need to do everything I can, so I may to lessen the cost of college and be and be as best prepared as I can be for the rigors of college. I like to make sure everything is to the best of my ability and I’m not afraid to go beyond. Since I am meticulous my work is always high-quality, and I could bring that mindset to AVID. Not only am I detail-oriented, I am also dependable, I complete all my homework done on time and you can trust that my projects are always well planned, and I gave my all. A trait that compliments my dependability is my attentiveness, not only is it similar to my meticulousness but it adds listening. When someone is speaking to me, I listen and take what they say into account and weigh their ideas and how I can improve them, compromise, or in some cases admit their idea is better or say I’m wrong. Admitting wrong is an important part of working in a group and being a great leader in any situation. As every person does I do have weakness one of mine for example is I can become controlling. I can get so caught up in making something perfect that I forget that everything can’t be perfect, but after I breathe, I continue to work and that is one of the contributors that makes me an excellent
