Since abortions were legalized in 1973, after the Roe v. Wade trial, there has been an estimated fifty-six million legalized abortions in the U.S. alone (“19 Statistics About Abortion”). Wade trial was a trial in 1973 that was won by the people for abortion. They argued that since it’s the woman's body, they should get to decide, but once a women gets pregnant, it’s not just her body anymore. She’s sharing her body with that unborn child.
