American Dream What do you think The American Dream is? Living the American Dream would be, working to achieve and earn something in life. Everyone has their own goals and dreams that they want to pursue, and we all have to go through struggles to achieve it. On a podcast “Rags to Riches,” it is a great example of how Benjamin Franklin achieved the American Dream by being a printer and when he was 16 or 17 and he ran away to Philadelphia to open up his own printing shop. Many people do believe that the American Dream is alive while others say that it is dead and no one can achieve it, but it is in fact alive and people can achieve it if they set their mind to it. Therefore I believe the American Dream is possible for anyone who is willing to put in the hard work and being smart by having a plan.
