In this passage of Acts of the Apostles indicates the journey of Paul to the place called Athens. Paul was an educated follower of Jesus Christ and is the author of many epistles in the bible and individual letters like Philemon. Now in this passage we heard about his journey to Athens or city of idol worshipers. The city of Athens was full with idols because the Athens was worshiping unknown God every day. Before the journey of Paul and at first journey Paul was alone waiting Timothy and Silas to join him. man’s of this place it was the first time to the heard the good news of Jesus Christ. To these others takes time it caused by following idols for a long time so they need time to respond. This situation is the same we face today with denominations it takes time to turn him or her to the truth because already confused with false teachers. The servant of the Lord Paul show us his commitment with work of God to the men’s of Athens. Because it’s not easy to turn someone to Christ from this corrupted world with idols. This passage gives us a challenge to us as Christians to preach the good news of Christ every day, everywhere and helps though saying I will repent tomorrow no one about next day only Christ. What happened if you die midnight before repent means hell is your place that you are going because u failed to repent in time. The good place is there but for those doing and following the will of God, so men’s of Athens they supposed to give more thanks to God sent Paul to them. Because we are now living in world full with works of devil needs the grace of God daily for us to survive, without it we die. Through his teachings Paul told them about the resurrection Jesus Christ that they mighty repent and believe in him. Let me take this example of people still follow
